The guy behind Nouvelle Vague, French composer and producer has a new project with a film twist called Hollywood, Mon Amour. He wanted to take older 80s film songs and basically rearranged with amazing vocalists. Similar to the veins of Nouvelle Vague with an interesting song selection like Call Me from American Gigolo, Eye Of The Tiger, Don't You Forget About Me, and Footloose. Some of the amazing vocalists include Bianca Calandra, Juliette Lewis, Katrine Ottosen, and one of my all time favorites Cibelle. The self-titled album doesn't actually come out until March 3rd, 2009! What a tease right? Check out their myspace for some samples.
