In the small town of Norman, OK, we've got a former Kinks tribute band, which would later amount to a 3rd full length release called 3 O'clock Target, a reference to the victims of after-school bullies. Haha I'm lovin' that. Locust Avenue brings you some rad American Rock. I hear the older sounds of the Who and the Kinks heavily influencing this band.
