For those of you who haven't heard of Joseph Arthur's artistic endeavors outside of music, check out his new album/project that is a graceful collection of photography, art and music called Bag is Hot.
Bag is Hot is essentially an ongoing live album. Songs are recorded on the cusp and at a moments notice. These songs provide an ongoing soundtrack to photographs and artwork that Joseph himself has taken or made.

I personally love the ethereal beauty captured in some of these black and white shots, like the grove of trees against a the backdrop of the sky, and even the gutted insides of an abandoned car. These striking images accompanied by his music is what makes this project a unique one, and also the fact that it is continuously updated makes Bag is Hot a live project, with no ending.
