You can tell by the title I'm way excited for this album. What? You're surprised? Yea I know
Make Believe actually forced you to m
ake believe to see any good out of it. Woah harsh, Okay there were a few 'okay' songs...but that's probably due to my loyalty and love for
Weezer! Could someone please tell Weezer to go back to basics and make Pinkerton-Blue Album-esque tracks again. I don't even care if you just change the lyrics and swap song names (anyone feelin' that). Friends, there's an answer!!!...I think. This June, your beloved Weezer will be rollin' out their 6th studio release, self-titled known thus far as
The Red Album. Exciting!
Judging by the leaked sinle
Pork & Beans, it's gonna contain catchy synths, drum machines, other members of the band singing and writing songs, and lengthier songs. Cuomo says this album is "experimental" which sounds good to me...as long as it's not Make Believe cause nobody wants to be in Beverly Hills. Expect massive media coverage as usual and sold-out expensive ticket world tours.
