Big Scary Monsters Records are bringing us a split album from the two awesome up and coming indie bands, Cats And Cats And Cats and This Town Needs Guns who are both from the U.K.  I really like both of the bands' names.  CCC has some sweet girl/boy vocal harmonies mixed with their indie pop, heavy instrumental intros while This Town Needs Guns has similarities of another favorite, Minus the Bear.  Each band has 4 tracks on the split and it's overall an enegery filled, instrument driven sound.  While listening to the album, I often times can't always differentiate between the bands until I hear the vocals.  It is pretty rare to find a split where both bands have a good thing going.
