Before even listening to the tracks, I was excited from the lists of instruments that are played in these songs. I have never heard of a lot of them such as flugelhorn, celeste, ebows, glockenspiel, sousaphone, timpani...well you get the point, eiher these are unfamiliar to you too or I'm just instrumentally ignorant. This 7 piece band from Philly masterfully creates an energy filled and true genre crossing instrument fusion. Tan Panda and I are often discussing my love for albums that have so many perspectives of sound from a single band! Illuminea does it with various vocals, subtle folk to upbeat, and with a slew of additional performers. You won't quite know until you get the new album, "Out Of Our Mouths" droppin' the 21st but you can pre-order now! If you are in the Philly area you can catch them for their CD-Release show on Friday @ Johnny Brenda's. Happy Monday!

illuminea is a great band. im glad they are getting recognition

bring your own beef homie. ultimate fris was pretty coolness. this song is really bouncy. i like this gray/grey color in the backround. web 2.0 yea do that son, it'll look nice and be easy on the eyes. i cant wait till i get me hands on the 10000 artist cd that you are creating. that is very swell and nice of you mr. johnny walker. texas ranger. you're wall looks crazy cool. and this kitchen smells like fruit, air and sweaty frisbee feet. gross. karl was really nice and threw the fris to me thrice, but i dropped it all three times. boo.
