Danger Mouse + Adult Swim + MF DOOM
Saturday, December 31, 2005
MF Doom and Danger Mouse have teamed up along with Meatwad, Shake, frylock, Sealab, Space Ghost and the [Adult Swim] gang to make a super collaboration called DANGER DOOM. Also got Talib Kweli, Cee-Lo and Ghostface killa on the tracks. This unprecedented cartoon-music-hiphop fusion is packed with fresh franchise. Essentialy this record is a soundtrack to a buncha popular cartoons for bad 14 year old kids and a crap load of college guys. Hiphop artists making rhymes with cartoon characters? My favorite show on [Adult Swim] is Sealab 2021 so my favorite track is song 9 "No Names" (Black Debbie). The Danger Doom merch page has an official Danger Doom cereal bowl($10) and a Limited Edition skate deck ($60). The funniest thing on this album is on the first song when Zorak and Brak say "Why did you buy this album? I don't know why you did; you're stupid" Defintely check this album out, then check out the video for A.T.H.F. (track 7).
I prefer Centaurs but the Minotaur has a bull head...yea it's dope
Saturday, December 24, 2005
Greek Mythology 101: King Minos of Crete (Italy nowadays) constructed the Labyrinth which was designed by Daedalus to hold the mighty Minotaur. The Minotaur is 1/2 man 1/2 bull. He's pretty much jawesome. Minotaur Shock, from somewhere in the U.K, is the solo project of David Edwards. With over 8 albums off the 4AD label including the latest Maritime which came out in August of this year, Minotaur Shock is like Gutevolk 'cept with faster drumbeats and more four tracking magic. Take an orchestra of androids and have'em play movements underwater while being hypnotized by '80s and '90s video games and you might get you some Minotaur Shock. This vocal-less experi-instrumental-tronic stuff is getting my brains. Each song has it's thing, it defintely aint no borin' loopy crud. Riany day rodetrip space shuttle launchlonely picnics and trains rides. Good places to listen to MS. Pick up these Beautiful bits. Check these MP3's out and the online jukebox! Rinse - "Avon Ranger"Maritime - "Mistaken Tourist"
This music just keeps getting better and better
Remember the ultra creepy voice of Kristín Anna Valtýsdótti of Mum? Of course, how could anyone forget those eerie whisper vocals? Anyways she sings for a band called MICE PARADE. Not really much of a band, it's just her and this dude named Adam Pierce. He runs Bubblecore which has a lot of amazing bands. Basically you take ambiguously undefined post rock and mix it with electronics. With over 11 recorded full lengths and LP's, your ears will beg to listen. Nick and I were listenin' to Bem-Vinda Vontade which pretty much has these ridiculous instrumentals mixed with abundant sounds which will take you into the anatomy of a robot and show you what strumming a robot's heart is all about. Jazz-indietronic+almost Brasilian+drumbeats= Mice Parade - Amazing. You need to study to something? Don't listen to Mice Parade, you'll lose yourself. Some individuals were born for this. Enough said.

The Christmas party was jawesome. Chronic-what!
I was going to put pictures up from last night's party but after reviewing them I've come to a conclusion that they are all inappropriate. A couple nights ago we were watchin' Awesometown skits. We also saw a SNL skit from a couple weeks ago. It's a rap with Chris Parnell and Andy Samberg, called Lazy Sunday and it's about the Chronicles of Narnia!
Sing-a-long! Here are the lyrics Lazy Sunday, wake up in the late afternoon.
Call Parnell just to see how he's doing.
Hello? What up, Pars!
Yo Sandburg, what's crackin?
You thinkin' what I'm thinkin'?
Narnia! man it's happenin'!
But first, my hunger pains are sticking like duct tape.
Let's hit up Magnolia and mack on some cupcakes.
No doubt, that bakery's got all the bomb frosting.
I love those cupcakes like McAdams loves Gosling.
Two, no six, no twelve, bakers dozen!
I told you that I'm crazy for these cupcakes, cousin!
Yo, where's the movie playin?
Upper west side, dude!
Let's hit up Yahoo Maps to find the dopest route.
I prefer Mapquest!
That's a good one too.
Googlemaps is the best!
True that! Double true!
68th and Broadway.
Step on it sucka!
What you want to do chris?
snack attack, mutha----!
The Chronic-what?-cles of Narnia!
Yes, the Chronic-what?-cles of Narnia!
We love that Chronic-what?-cles of Narnia!
Pass that Chronic-what?-cles of Narnia!
Yo, stop at the deli.
The theatre is overpriced!
You got that backpack?
Gonna pack it up nice.
We don't want security to get suspicious!
Mr. Pibbs plus red vines equals crazy delicious.
Reach in my pocket and pull out some dough,
Girl acted like she never seen a $10 befo!
It's all about the Hamiltons baby
Throw the snacks in a bag and I'm Ghost like Swayze.
Roll up to the theate
Ticket buying what we're handling,
You can call us Aaron Burr from the way we're dropping Hamiltons
Parked in our seats movie trivia is the illest!
"What friends alum starred in films with Bruce Willis?"
We answered so fast it was scary:
Everyone stared in awe when we screamed Matthew Perry!
Then quiet in the theatre or it's gonna get tragic
We're about to be taken to a dream world of magic
In the Chronic-what?-cles of Narnia!
Yes, the Chronic-what?-cles of Narnia!
We love that Chronic-what?-cles of Narnia!
Pass that Chronic-what?-cles of Narnia!
I had no idea she was an actress. LOL

According to the somewhat inconsistent mini-bio's on IMDB, which by the way is an awesome site, Majandra Delfino did stuff as a child with one of the Bee Gees' daughters. Yea you don't care either! I heard Majandra just after I moved to California. Her music is honest and full of pain. People can't write this stuff unless something is defintely on their minds, some brutal history. She has even got some electronics in this mix. Her debut album has 6 songs and Explicit lyrics warning on the cover, gee. I guess after finding out about her acting, I really don't care haha. She was in Roswell and like some other junk. No diss but her voice is better than... anything else she does. Her debut album was titled 'The Sicks' which it a totally strange, but probably cause I'm not DEEP enough. yay. She has this like low-tone-high-voice, Alanis Morissette style without the Starbucks contract. Talented strumming, no huff and guff, catchy piano, and raw vocals. I'd say her live show would be jawesome! The Sicks - "Hell+Bliss"
It's snowing here in Idaho...
Monday, December 19, 2005
I am back in Idaho and it is started to snow last night. Last night my dad insisted on showing me mom and I that he can run up and down the stairs really fast. Anyways it was like 6 degrees when I got outside of the airport. I am still gonna update although I'm up north. A band not too far from here (WA) called Fast Riding Moment was a short side project like band back in early '00s. Along with guests, John and Todd made 6 rad songs. This band doesn't exist anymore and the probably will never exist but the songs are still available and still just as rad. Keyboards + drummachines + guitars = elements for a simple yet fun band. Emo? yea we got yours right here, You know that good stuff you see at local coffee shop stage acts. It was good music to listen to while staring out into the night from my flight yester. Oh it is also rad that the graphic has robots on it. Hope everyone is having seriously awesome relaxing times with family, friends, enemies, mothers, brothers. Also check out Hand Stitched Heart <---cool music + shirts!
Check out all 6 songs from Fast Riding Moment:

At the beginning of the The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe credits I heard a familiar voice. "It's that girl from Frou Frou!" No other voice sounds like a female robot sounding keyboard electronic melody. You might recognize a Frou Frou song called "Let Go" from the end of Zach Braff's Garden State. Coming out with just one cd as a group, Imogen Heap & Guy Sigsworth, released Details in '02 and then they went solo. Imogen Heap just released a new cd last month, Speak For Yourself, which was featured on the season premiere of the 'OC' which I've seen a couple times and I sorta liked it (AHHH). Imogen wrote a song specificallly for the C.S. Lewis fantasy epic, which by the way was amazing, called "Can't Take It In." Most people think Heap's music is just poppy but its has a lot of electronicness defintely happening. (How else could she make all those noises?) She also has a really huge long face, it's where the voice comes from. You can't tell from that picture but check out the video to "Hide and Seek" then you will understand. 10 days into 2006, Heap will play the Late Show with David Letterman. She is gonna be playing at the end of January 3 times in SoCal so check it out!Frou Frou - "Let Go"

Castin' Shadows on the wheels of steel
Tuesday, December 13, 2005
If you don't know the cutter by now, you haven't listened to hip hop. Josh Davis, a.k.a Dj Shadow, has stereo input implanted in his creative mind. Skippin' records out with his own label, this former Aggie, has a zillion songs, has been featured as a Dj by a zillion artists, is world renown as a hip-hop scene soul contributor, is looked up to by a zillion Dj's who wish and base their whole lives around gaining a small scrap of Shadow's magnificent multi-element inspired "handcrafted" masterpieces. In 99 his label, Solesides turn into a little thing called "Quannum Projects." Workin' with folks like Thom Yorke (Radiohead), Mike D (Beastie Boys), Blackalicious, Lyrics Born, Dj Krush, and Doc Oct, I'd say he's well rounded like the plate he works on. Davis the beat making genius is a huge understatement. I remember for lunch bunch back in high school we listened to Shadow's "Organ Donor" everytime. It's amazing still. There are so few jawesome Dj's out there nowadays cause they play horrible crap on the radio and all the funked out jazz beat crunchin' sound is underground and off the charts. Charts are dumb. Want more essentials? google some Mix Master Mike, Yoga Frog, Peanut Butter Wold, A-trak, Q-bert, Koala, the Automator. Check out Dj Shadow's stuff, also the Radio Blog Club has ton of stuff to listen to.
Undoing Ruin in their Darkest Hour
Straight out of D.C. and in digital form I heard Darkest Hour's new cd Undoing Ruin through the rasped speakers of Blake's two door white jeep, I can't believe it still runs, in august. It came out at the end June of this year to mark their 5th full length album. This is their best cd yet; ferocious vocals, edgy build-ups, melodized background keyboards, finger ripping guitar shreds, and that freakin' double bass. With their brains planted in a death metalcore foundation, their sound brings emotions of hope and doom. With vocals like starscream inhaling a million aerosol cans and getting one of his wings chopped off, explains in full detail songs like "No Closer than a Stranger" off their junior album So Sedated, So Secure. They also have a new documentry DVD, Party Scars and Prison Bars: A Thrashography, of their inception to their heavy success. Check out these songs from Darkest HourUndoing Ruin - "Sound the Surrender"Undoing Ruin - "With a Thousand Words to Say But One"Hidden Hands of a Sadist Nation - "The Sadist Nation"So Sedated, So Secure - "An Epitaph" Also check out their new video "Convalesceence"

"This thing came apart..."
Okay so for the sake of your childhood I hope you remember Salute Your Shorts. It was defintely one of my favorite shows along with "Hey Dude", "Ren and Stimpy", and "Are you Afraid of the Dark." Anyways I hope you all remember the character 'Donkey Lips.' He was always the do-it sidekick guy with a heart, when Budnick, his red mullet-haired brainchild friend, would always get into trouble. Michael Bower, who played Donkey lips is like a rapper now. It's freakin' hilarious, and he's legit...on his mission. Check out his "artist" myspace page and his fan myspace. He was always dope so if he wants to rap then fa-cho. He provided me with tons of laughs. This is one of my favorite episode's dialogues between Donkey lips and Budnick. Donkeylips: Someday I will go out with her. Budnick: Stop dreaming and glue your macaroni. Donkeylips: I can't. Budnick: Why not? Donkeylips: I ate it all. Budnick: How? It was uncooked, rock hard, and covered with yellow spray paint. Donkeylips: I thought that was cheese.Okay back to studyin, but dude it's sooo funny! He's a rapper now!!! Come on!
Married couples make good music.
I heard Wes and Jeannette right after I moved to california about 3.5 years ago. I thought this band was like 3 guys but turns out it was a couple. I'm basically a sucker for Juju's voice. It's ultra mellowness with lo-fi electronic soothing smoothness is basically good for rainy days, think-about-my-life times, and when you're in the mood for some seriously jawesome downtempo beats. Park Avenue Music reminds me of Portishead, Lali Puna, with Technicolor all smashed into one beautifully crafted electro-ambiotic atmosphere. These guys are from Sac-town and I wish they'd play a show down here tonight! Sometimes I listen to PAM before I go to bed; it really kicks off the whole dreaming when you sleep thing. Their latest EP is For Your Home or Office but I think they got one in the works right now! And their amazing LP first full length To Take With You has a few of my top favorite songs. They got some project going on with Fuyuko Akiyoshi according to their official website.Check out these awesome songs! His eyes, My tannenbaum - "Still, still, still" <---I loooooove this song! To Take With You - "Petals" To Take With You - "Crash"To Take With You - "Softest Thing"More music from PAM here & here
Current Temperatute in Boise, ID 25°F (cold!)
Saturday, December 10, 2005
Yesterday morning, Huy and I went to the OG pancake house. He had Strawberry waffles and I had blueberry waffles. The one we went to is the one in Yorba Linda off of Yorba Linda & Imperial. It pretty much was the bomb. I am going home to Boise this saturday to extremely cold weather. Weather I'm used to. The high's are around like 30 degrees. Speakin' of cold there are three amazing groups from Iceland. Sigur Rós, Múm, and of course björk. This is an awesome song done by Sigur Rós but it was "recycled" by Múm. Recycle Bin <----check it out. More about these guys later but check out the song Syndir Guðs. Múm's version of "Syndir Guðs"Sigur Ros - "Syndir Guðs" <---originalglósóli music video high quality <---basically it is amazing.
It's finals week, Christmas, New Year's and then break!
So Thursday I got a small part of my head taken out. Pictured is what my head looked like afterwards. It supposedly is a mole or some kind of growth, but the lack of the certain is the hencing of the operation. 6 stitches, 1.5 hours, drool on myself, and the back of my head feeling quite like a lava lamp jelly floating in hot whatever it is. Don't mind the goo, it's just Neosporin. The red goo, that's just Knotts berry farm jelly. It comes out of my head. I am unallowed to wash my hair for a few days. It sucks.
The other pictures, Me and Art Astor, the

Bob, Pete, and Sarah in a French football team...
Friday, December 09, 2005
Originally a male duo, Saint Etienne is this loungey, poppy now trio with COW BELL! Don't be fooled however, they can very mellow at times. They got the name from a French football team! This band got together in England and they've been around for like 15 years?! And they have like 10 albums with zillions of songs! This band is not crazy loud and above radar, they are just coolin' it at a swell pace, vacation rock I'd say. If' you're into lo-fi poptronics then you're in for a treat. This would be an amazing band to have at a beach party, I dono why. Anyways short & sweet, chex them out!
Listen (two very different songs)
Sound of Water - "Downey, CA"
Good Humor - "Lose that Girl"
FOB ROCK rocks!!!
Wednesday, December 07, 2005
Y'know all those rad Japanese kids you see at CSUF? The Radioclub are like them cept these guys are in an awesome band. F.OB. = Fresh Off the Boat. This is Japanese indiemo, at its finest compelte with FOB vocals. It's very fun! They've got 5 albums with like 3 to 5 songs on each. Some of the vocals you won't believe that it's a japanese guy. I guess the Radioclub has 2 side projects called "And About Hers" and "Cornermilk." I have no idea about them other than they are fun too, guitar strummin' acoustic, high japanese girl vocals. It is a very familiar sound but it is still awesome. It's kind of like when foreign bands play American band cover songs! They just came out with their latest cd earlier in November called "Dead Leaf." Check out lyrics. Their website index page is a drawing of their guitars and you click on them, How fun! Check out The Radioclub now!Dead Leaf - "Turning Motorcycle"Dead Leaf - "Your Light"Rainy Toned Guitar - "Be Like Charlie"Check out more on their sound page! Are you bored? Try these games on Orisinal. Toy delivervin'!, penguin freezing!!
Newly weds + drum machine = awww the Rosebuds
Ok so I guess this guy Ivan and kelly got married and then started making music together. AWWW! What I like about Kelly, her last name is Crisp. What a dope last name. Both musically talented, this meant-to-be duo formed a meant-to-be band. I just started listening to the Rosebuds like a week ago and they are dope; their sound is everything I'd want in a indie pop band! Drum machine! guy/girl vocals! catchy, beaty, fun chorus-rich! They formed like 4 or 5 years ago but they have like 2 full length albums and they're in a buncha other stuff. They are on Merge Records which has bands like the Clientele and And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead. Yes yes, ratings based on record label associations, but in this case it's true! These are just kind of fun songs to listen to when you are happy and hopeful. They got this awesome echo-ey/ humming sorta stuff. It's rad! Just check out their stuff and you'll agree! The Rosebuds Make Out - "Back to Boston", "Big Heartbreak" The Rosebuds Unwind - "I'd Feel Better", "Unwind"Birds Make Good Neighbors - "Box Car", "Blue Bird"GOOD LUCK on FINALS WEEK!
It's the time of your life....
Sunday, December 04, 2005
"...It was 5:40 in the morning and I was running ahead of my family. My gradma, my uncle, my sister my aunt and my cousin anna, they were all bundled up in their warm clothing. It was snowing at the time, but it covered the black surface. The working class was out with coffees made from their wives as breakfast. I couldn't tell if it was the steam or their breath that was clouding the air. I ran onto the train forgetting where we were going, I forgot where we were going. I got onto the wrong train. I asked the conductor in an interupption with someone casually dollying their day on the radio, another conductor perhaps. The cabin was like a city bus. As we were riding on the empty train, my family was still behind me, probably knowing I would find my way to our desitnation. It might have been the airpot that we were bound to, my sister and I. I couldn't remember. We past by vast monuments of machinery that would later build more vast monuments to consumerism and commerce. These cranes, like legs of a giant, these gears like supports in a bridge, they were large, and I felt them staring back at me as I look in awe. I felt they were jealous. It was almost silly to personify them with snow as sweat falling off their cold steal limbs. It wasn't until their lights blinked that I realized "why not?" They move, they have limbs, they blink, "why not?" Passing by, passing by, I've never seen such beauty on earth. I came to a conclusion that nobody was awake, the world, your family and mine, were asleep, or just waking or flying around in forests with classmates as frogs from elementary school in their dreams. I suppose it wasn't until people were out of the picture that I realized how beautiful life was. How much can I appreciate this? What bends in my mind can I attribute to the physical feeling my heart? How many times must my eyes and my eye brows and my cheeks move together to look deeper into something that only has surface? I love. How can something so inspiring, hurt us? Make our souls kneel down to bow before pain? It's when these people are in the picture that I feel happy. Without them I wouldn't be human, without them I wouldn't have happiness. How can happiness exist without you? Does it snow somewhere outside of the universe? should we discount it? I am uncertain if I met up with my family again, I am uncertain if the train ever stopped, if I ever got off, if I ever thought another thought. It all ends because I wake up and realize this was all a dream. But do thoughts in your dreams exist as thoughts in reality? I believe they do, do you? It's the time of your life, don't wait for dreams to lead you, the conductor is taking us forward to somewhere we don't always know, but we'll continue on without knowing the end...where, how, why..."
p.s. I always want to tell you but I always forget...
Yay Swedish pop music! ...heard at the GAP!
Saturday, December 03, 2005
I was walkin' by with Susan at the Brea mall and I heard this incredibly catchy familiar song. Not sound, but song. For some reason it wasn't one of those "oh my gosh I can't remember but if I dont think of it quick im going to go insane" cause I remembered it right away. If they played it at the Gap it mus be "cool" and extremely poppy. Yea it is, it's super happy too, with the piano stabbed electronic MOOG, and catchy everything. What sets this hapoppy band from others? Well for one their Swedish, I mean their names are Carina and Ola. I think they do some inportant fusing here, a train full of pomo electronic avant lo-fi experiments and a train full of female/male vocal filled indie pop crashing together. Since 96, the Moonbabies have been around with 6 albums and recent huge success topping charts in europe no problem. They toured in the U.S. I think back when I wasin high school. Feelin' low? listen to "War on Sound" and start feelin' high! (like Ola in the picture above)
Check these songs out now for good feelings! <---I dono what that means...
War On Sound Mini Album - "War On Sound"
June and Novas - "Shining Sun"
June and Novas - "We're layabouts"
The Orange Billboard - "Sun AM" <---heard it at GAP
hey crap loads of videos and mp3 samples from Moonbabies!
Spanish INDIE ROCK! for the most part...
To find music from Maple is pretty much UNpossible. They are probably one of the more overlooked bands and it kills me that good music is sooo unfound. In a way its untouched and awesome when heard, but the masses won't buy into sound unheard of. Maple's got that. Beautiful guitar strumming to Laura's amazing vocals. Her voice fluctuaes with the movements. It's soft, it's melo, it's poppy, and some of it es en espanol complete with melodia that will totally leave you wondering why Maple isn't in your daily playlist (it should be now, no excuses). With light synths, heavy bass, male/female vocals, spoken words, and captivating brain catchy take over (the good kind) makes Maple a listening buffet for your ears of some serious expression. Laura's voice will seriously kick your face in. These guys are from Europe (no wonder why no one here has has the pleasure). This is like a Appleseed Cast + Benton Falls + early Sky's the Limit + girl version of JEW's Clarity + Notwist. With 5 amazing versatile albums, Maple continues to make music with a new Album coming out in the next year. YES! as long as they have Laura on the mic, I think they can make 100 more songs or just one long song to go on forever! You'll hear why. Also Bcore, their current label has some dope stuff, their older label, Strange Fruit, is awesome too inlcuding Moonbabies which I totally found out they play at the Gap. (weird)PLEASE please listen to these songs:Oceane - "Poor Butterfly" The Daily Charm - "On the Bright Side"Schematic - "Arrepentida Y Sola"The Daily Charm - "It's the Time of your Life" <---oh my this song is goood!I basically raved about them, What do you think?
Once known as Neck for like ten years, Christiana , last heard on Fatigue Kills, has these awesome echoey over-the-tune melodies which makes for their swanky vocal, harmonious uninterrupted waltzy strum-hum chords and for some reason listening to them makes me feel this sort of reminiscent emo + older band sound. You like tender voices? Christiana demands continuous bass, flexible mixed guitars, this easy sonic-tone to more poppier 90's popcorn mathematical rock quart pays up to crafting songs. Unfortunately they don't have a lot of music out, and it totally sucks, but check this aweomse sample page full of their stuff!Check out this feel good tune from ChristianaFatigue Kills - "Yellow Room"
Why do they have Robocop in their name?!
I don't know what the Robocop Kraus means. "Kraus" means curly or frizzily in German I guess? Someone please tell me. With 6 releases the Robocop Kraus continues to rock out their new wavey post-punk catchy organ melody way too '80s for me fusing brit poppy indie jackhammber energy bomb. One thing I like about them so much is their ability to have this punky, dicey 80's indie sound and some songs have those elements mixed and others sound like a different band with the same vocals. They have incredible timing on synths, guitars, and vocals, precision sounding effortless. Their draggy out lyrics and high pitch echo on vocals is an awesome combination as they cover topics about life, religious stuff, disease, and other stuff that bands just don't usually talk about. Their is some history in it as well, not your everyday love induced 'can't have you baby' crap. That's right crap! As they lead a few genre's out of the Euro-land be sure to check out their up and coming stuff including recently released They thhink they are the Robocop Kraus. Check out these songs from the Robocop KrausThey Think They are the Robocop Kraus - "All the Goodmen"Inferno Nihilistique 2000 - "The telephone Rings"Tiger - "I paid the Ferryman"Tiger - "Gestures of Slight Granduer"

Thursday, December 01, 2005
My friend argued that North Korea is a global injustice creating machine, killing millions of Koreans by starvation, torture, labor camps etc. I suggested to him that the U.S. marines are not much any different. And he was shocked! Is anyone else shocked? Please let me know if you are shocked by that. This is just a comparison of my opinion based on statistics and GOD (sounds weird eh?). I struggle with all the global atrocities, demo and genocides, and people just dieing from disease and lack of anything but this one is no different.Who's hungry? Iraqi people can't go to the grocery store cause either they will DIE or the grocery store and all its workers have been destroyed by these "strategic" locations a.k.a. bomb targets.Who's poor? Money is uesless, barter is good if you have unburned, unblood stained stuff.Who's Oppressed? Torturing Iraqi soldiers cause their country told them to fight in honor and they have no idea what exactly they are fighting for? Or perhaps have no idea why they were born in a country where they are fed lies and people are forced into the military to fight for their country (Sound familiar?)Who's suffering? I don't know what it would be like for a woman to just cry and cry cause her children are dead, husband is in battle, her home is destroyed and people that are being shot at are hiding behind her constantly. Not only do we NOT own Iraq, Not only is Iraq NOT america, we aren't killing people in our own country, we are killing people FROM our own country in other countries and killing human lives. Is this glory? We are going to punish you for being forced into something you can't control. Are you afraid yet?The communisty North Korean regime is unjust for democide and only a power such as the U.S. can "stop" it. But Johnny we are getting oil to feed our machines and cars...Oh wait North Korea doesn't have oil? why should we liberate and take over? WHAT?! yea that's right people, stuff you alreay knew, If they got NOTHING to OFFER then why would we spend our precious money and time to help them? Who's America?Who's the just one now? Wait so Johnny, you mean to say that America has the power to set people free who are basically enslaved in labor and torture camps in Korea but we won't cause we can't profit from it? Let me break down even easier for you:Billy = Strong tough guyJames = Normal sized guyRob = weak guyBilly watches as James beats up Rob. James is quite evil indeed as he beats up Rob. But Billy who doesn't do anything about it and just watches (apathy ?! NO WAY!) is EQUALLY at fault for not doing anything about it. Which of these boys is America.I'm not anti-America, I have friends in the marines and I love them. I just hate what they have to do. Let me use some math to set some things straight...these are "necessaries" North Koreans kill = KoreansKoreans = HumanKilling = evilevil = North KoreansOur military kill = Iraqi armed + civiliansiraqi armed + civilians = peopleKilling = evilevil= ?CHRISTIAN does not = RepublicanCollege student does not = LiberalIf it is not that simple. Let me know. I want to understand. Are you angry yet? If not check these great resources, they should get you pumped.I volunteer for the ICRC and they are making moves, check them out. Here's the LINK website.Human Rights WatchAmnesty International.United Nations: Human RightsUniversal Declaration of Human RightsHuman rights & EOCLive 8Global Exchange ONE CampaignComment and tell me what YOU think.
